What’s New? 

  1. Refreshed User Interface: Experience a cleaner, more streamlined look aligned with UL Solutions' branding, making your navigation and workflow smoother than ever. 
  2. Engaging Training Videos and User Guides: Below, you'll find a collection of new training videos and updated user guides, including the details on managing user permissions and navigating the refreshed UI. These resources are designed to guide you through the exciting enhancements and ensure your team is ready to excel. 
  3. Manage User Permissions Update: 
    • Launch Date: April 1st, 2025 
    • Overview: We've implemented a significant improvement to how permissions are managed to enhance performance and reduce database strain. 
    • What’s Changing: Previously, modifying permissions triggered automatic updates for each change, causing database strain. With the update, a new "Save" button processes all changes at once when clicked, rather than multiple real-time updates. 
    • Key Benefits: 
      • Faster Workflow: Users can batch their updates and confirm them in one step. 
      • Improved System Performance: Reduces unnecessary background processes and database load. 
      • More Control for Users: Changes are finalized only when the user is ready. 
    • Impact: This update streamlines the permission management process while ensuring the system runs more efficiently. 

 

Important Note 

  • Mobile Apps Update: To enjoy the full benefits of the new updates, ensure your mobile apps are updated on April 1st, 2025.
